To help us better understand your watch and provide the most suitable advice, please share as much information as you can.
About your watch:
Maker or brand, pocket watch or wristwatch, manual-wind or automatic, approximate age or era, and any other details you know.
Current condition:
Is it working? Has it been dropped, exposed to water, or showing signs of rust? Please let us know about any known issues. If water has entered the watch, please contact us as soon as possible, as moisture can cause internal parts to rust.
Its story:
Is it a family heirloom, a special keepsake, or something with sentimental value? We'd love to hear a little about its history if you'd like to share.
Our repair work has a minimum starting price, with the actual cost depending on the type, age and condition of your watch.
To help us understand your expectations, please let us know your approximate budget.
Please keep in mind that if your budget is below our minimum repair pricing, we may not be able to take your watch in for assessment or provide a repair estimate.
We appreciate your understanding and want to make sure we're the right fit for your watch and your expectations.
Please note:
Some finishes, such as thin gold plating, silver plating or chrome plating, cannot be safely polished as this may wear away the surface.
If rust or corrosion is present, some polishing or surface treatment may be necessary to prevent further deterioration.
These repairs are for the external parts of your watch and do not affect its internal mechanism or timekeeping function.
If your indicated budget allows for additional work, we'll also assess the external condition of your watch and suggest possible improvements or restoration options for the case, crystal (glass), dial and other parts.
For brands such as Omega and Rolex, genuine parts can be sourced using original part numbers.
However, availability can vary, and genuine parts are usually much more expensive than generic alternatives.
Important information for overseas customers
Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

Sending your watch to Japan:
We are unable to receive watches directly from overseas unless you arrange and pay for all applicable import duties and taxes. We are not able to cover these costs on your behalf.
Returning your watch overseas:
We cannot take responsibility for loss during transit or for any problems that may occur during the journey, including the watch arriving in a non-working condition.
Shipping risks:
International shipping involves longer transit times and different handling procedures from domestic delivery in Japan. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same level of safety as domestic shipping.
We may be able to arrange higher shipping insurance coverage based on the declared value of your watch. However, please be aware that a higher declared value may result in significantly higher import duties and taxes when the watch arrives in your country. In some cases, these additional costs could be higher than the cost of having your watch repaired locally. For valuable or fragile watches, we recommend carefully considering the shipping risks and potential costs before proceeding. Having your watch repaired in your own country may be a safer and more economical option.
Thank you for your understanding.
